Your journey starts with your vision. During your consultation, we’ll discuss all the details, from what you want and envision, to also some professional advice that we can include.

02. Design

After your consultation, our designers will plug away to create a detailed design within the next few days. This includes a complete itemization and exact specifications of the project to allow you to understand the complete installation process.

03. Installation

As your installation approaches, you’ll hear from us via text and email. So no need to worry about being left in the dark. During your installation date, your designer will be there to oversee the entire process. This way, no details will be lost in translation.

Do you maintain lawns?

We do not offer maintenance at this time. Our primary focus as a company is for design + build, hardscaping, and creating great outdoor spaces.

Do you work outside of the Zionsville area?

We offer our services primarily in the Zionsville and Carmel area as well as the northside of Indianapolis.

What's the process like from start to finish?

For the majority of our clients, we have two appointments. The first appointment is to talk with the clients, understand their expectations as well as discuss potential options. The second appointment is to discuss the proposed design of their project. From there, revisions are made if necessary and then installation is scheduled. Our priority is for our clients to be clear of the timelines and for us to communicate every detail with them to ensure the final product is exactly what they envisioned.

How should I define a budget for my outdoor living space?

There are a lot of factors that go into the design and installation of your project. Most clients in our market spend about 10-15% of their home value on outdoor living and landscaping. It is very common to install their project in phases to help break up the total investment.

What should I look for when choosing an outdoor living contractor?

Choosing the right outdoor living contractor is important. The team you choose will be with you from start to finish. The most important qualities are communication, trustworthiness, and timeliness. Ask questions like: Do you have landscape designers on staff with a degree in the field? Are the installers all W-2 employees or are they subcontracted? Is the designer going to be at the installation?

How will my project be managed?

At Wellspring, our designer is our install manager. This means there is nothing lost in translation and the customer knows who is in charge at the jobsite at all times.
